You know God has called you to impact the Kingdom with your calling but now you feel stuck and just need God to show you how to do what He's asking you to do. Turn the fear of messing it up and the doubt of how to move forward into clarity and confidence with Christian Life Coaching. Let's chat!
Life can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and just plain too much. You’re juggling responsibilities, pouring into everyone else, and somewhere along the way, you’ve lost yourself. You know God has called you to something more, but you feel stuck—uncertain, anxious, and wondering if you’re even capable of stepping into that calling. This is exactly where a Faith-Based Life Coach for Women can make all the difference. A Christian life coach helps you break free from the mental clutter, gain clarity on your God-given purpose, and step into the abundant life He has planned for you.
Let me guess—you feel stuck. Like, really stuck. Life feels like an endless loop of responsibilities, expectations, and obligations, and deep down, you know there’s more. More joy. Greater peace. Defined purpose. But no matter how much you pray, how many devotionals you read, or how many podcasts you listen to, you’re still in the same place.
You’re not alone in this. And I remember being there myself not too long ago.
The truth is, we were never meant to do life alone. And yet, the enemy has convinced so many of us that we have to figure it all out ourselves—that if we just try harder, get more organized, or wake up earlier, we’ll finally get it together.
But that’s a lie. And it’s keeping you from the life God has called you to.
Imagine waking up with clarity instead of confusion, finally breaking free from the fear, self-doubt, and overwhelm that’s kept you paralyzed for years. Think about how it would feel if you could confidently step into the calling God has placed on your life, no longer questioning if you’re qualified, ready, or worthy.
You weren’t created to be exhausted, drowning in expectations, and constantly wondering if you’re enough. You are enough. And it’s time to start living like it.
As a Christian Life Coach for women, I am not just another self-help guru telling you to manifest your dreams and “think positive.” Nope. This is Holy Spirit-led transformation. It’s about aligning your thoughts with God’s truth, removing the lies that have held you back, and stepping into the life He has for you with boldness and confidence.
It’s practical and it’s Biblical. And it’s exactly what you need if you’re tired of being stuck.
I’ve been where you are. And I know that change is possible—because I’ve lived it.
Because the truth is, we were never meant to do all the things alone.
You know that Proverbs 31 woman everyone talks about? The one we all strive to be like but low-key resent because she’s basically Superwoman? Well, here’s what they don’t emphasize enough: She had maidens. The P31 woman had help! She wasn’t running around like a headless chicken trying to do it all on her own. She was wise enough to delegate, to get support, and to build something sustainable.
And let’s talk about some of the other women in the Bible for a second—because men? They would go into the wilderness, the temple, the mountains to hear from God. And that’s okay! But women? They heard from God in the middle of their everyday lives.
Throughout scripture, we see women stepping into roles of leadership, influence, and ministry while balancing the work of everyday life.
Each of these women had unique roles, but one thing remained the same—God called them to use their gifts right where they were. And He is calling you too.
Several years ago, I had a vision. I saw women rising up in the church—leading, mentoring, using their voices for the next generation. And now? I see it coming to life.
But before you can lead others, you need to be free yourself.
You remember the story of the man at the pool, right? The one who had been paralyzed for 38 years? Jesus didn’t just heal him—He told him, “Stand up, take up your mat, and walk.”
Why? Because that mat was proof of what God had done in his life.
That thing that’s been holding you back? Your past, your fears, your struggles? That’s your mat.
What has paralyzed you? Is it self-doubt? Fear of failure? Overwhelm? Perfectionism? That thing is not meant to hold you captive—it’s meant to be your testimony. It’s time to stand up, take your mat, and walk.
Friend, God is not done with you. In fact, He’s just getting started. I know waiting for breakthrough is hard to do, and often, it takes longer than we thought it would.
But God.
He will keep His promises to you.
You were born for this time—to lead, to serve, to make an impact. To be a warrior for your family, your community, and the next generation. And just like the women in the Bible, you don’t have to go off into the wilderness to hear from Him. He’s speaking to you right now, in the middle of your messy, overwhelming, too-much-to-handle life.
The question is: Are you ready to listen?
If you’re tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of your purpose, I can help.
Coaching is more than just talking—it’s transformation. It’s practical strategies mixed with Biblical truth. It’s faith in action.
And it’s exactly what you need if you’re ready to finally break free and step into the life God has for you.

A Christian life coach for women is someone who helps you cut through the noise—those racing thoughts, the spiritual overwhelm, the “God, what am I even doing with my life?” moments—and get clear on who you are, what you’re called to, and how to actually walk it out.
It’s coaching that isn’t just about getting things done… it’s about partnering with the Holy Spirit to become the woman God created you to be.
Think of it as practical tools + biblical truth + Holy Spirit fire.
Most life coaches focus on goals, habits, and mindset (which are great). But Christian life coaching? We take it deeper. Like, soul-level deep.
It’s not about “manifesting your dream life”—it’s about hearing God clearly, aligning your thoughts with His truth, and walking in obedience and bold faith.
I don’t just help you do more. I help you become who God called you to be—without the hustle or hype.
A Christian life coach can assist with various challenges, including:
No, they are distinct. Therapy often focuses on addressing past traumas and psychological issues, while Christian life coaching is future-oriented, emphasizing goal-setting and personal development through a biblical lens. Coaching focuses on helping clients create a future that aligns with their faith and values.
Yes, many individuals find that coaching complements therapy. While therapy addresses past and present psychological concerns, coaching focuses on future goals and personal growth, providing a holistic approach to well-being.
Coaching sessions typically involve:
Girl, no.
If you’ve been thinking, “I should pray more… read my Bible more… get my act together first”—stop right there.
Come as you are. Seriously.
This is for the woman who loves Jesus but feels stuck, tired, confused, and maybe even a little mad at God for how hard things have been. I get it. I’ve been there. Coaching is where it starts to shift.
If your heart’s been whispering, “There’s more,” but you don’t know how to move forward…
If you’ve felt God call you to something, but imposter syndrome keeps winning…
If you’re craving clarity, peace, direction—and a coach who actually gets you and your love for Jesus…
Then, yes. You’ve found your girl. 🙋♀️
We pray. We talk. We get real. And then we move.
You’ll leave each session with clarity, spiritual insight, a plan of action, and way less mind chaos than you came in with. We tackle mindset, habits, your thought life, and anything else the Holy Spirit brings up.
Expect tears, laughter, truth bombs, and breakthrough. (Yes, all in one hour.)
Some clients experience a breakthrough in the first session. Others start noticing mindset shifts, spiritual clarity, and more peace within the first few weeks.
But the truth? This isn’t a one-and-done fix. It’s about long-lasting, Holy-Spirit-led transformation. Most of my clients work with me for a few months and leave completely different than when they started. Praise hands. 🙌
Most of my coaching is online (hello, sweatpants-friendly transformation 🙌).
Either way, we connect deeply. Distance doesn’t matter when the Holy Spirit shows up.
Easy. Click here to book a free call with me, where we can talk, pray, and map out your next step. If it’s a good fit, we’ll either book another call to discuss packages or if you have time, we can talk about them right then. The first call is always a “no sales, no obligation” call.
You’re not just signing up for coaching. You’re saying yes to clarity, confidence, peace, and the next chapter of your calling.
Let’s do this.
