I work with my clients to help them create happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun, and free of denial and discipline. By working together, we can discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. Making gradual, lifelong changes enables you to reach your current and future health goals.

Hello! I am so glad you’re here!
I am Amy Wadlington, Mindset & Nutritional Coach. I help women who want lasting holistic wellness with everything from gut health, to removing mindset blocks, recovering from autoimmunity, and living a toxin-free life.
I am a Christian health coach, mother to two daughters, and have been fighting for my health for over 20 years. I have three autoimmunity diseases (Graves, Hashimotos & Celiac) and have struggled with my health and my weight most of my adult life. After years of not being understood or heard by the “health care” system, I took my health into my own hands. I found practitioners who were willing to listen and then through lifestyle changes, toxin-free living, diet, and my faith in The Lord, I have found the root cause of my health issues and found that it was a passion of mine to help empower others to do the same.
I believe that the body is designed to heal if given the right conditions to do so. I have spent countless hours and thousands of dollars trying to find the answers to my own health mysteries, and once I did, my life shifted from dis-ease to wellness.
As your coach, I will take you by the hand and help you get unstuck, empower you, and guide you in transforming your mind and your body so that you can do the things that YOU were created to do.
I know what it feels like to feel stuck & frustrated, despite trying everything. I get it.
Being stressed & overwhelmed can be detrimental to your health & all areas of life. This is where I come in. As a Christian women’s health coach, Im dedicated to helping you get unstuck, to be your cheerleader, to helping you crash through your limiting beliefs, and help you achieve those goals youve been dreaming of for so long.
I approach life & work with curiosity, optimism, & kindness. The most fulfilling moments in my life & work have always been when I am helping others.
