1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and almond/coconut milk.
3️⃣ Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well.
4️⃣ Fold in walnuts and dates.
5️⃣ Shape into 12 small cookies and place them on the baking sheet.
6️⃣ Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
