Christian Life Coaching for Women: Finding Clarity, Peace, and Breakthrough
You may be wondering, is Christian life coaching for me? As a woman of faith, you know how important it is to have mentors, leaders, and those who speak into your life be equally yoked—someone who truly understands the challenges and desires of a Christian woman. That’s where I, a faith based life coach, come in. With a heart for seeing women set free, I help you move beyond fear, overthinking, and overwhelm to step fully into the life God has called you to live.
You feel stuck. Overwhelmed. Like you’re drowning under life’s circumstances while everyone else seems to have it all figured out. (psst, they don’t.)
You pray. Read your Bible. You try to keep it all together. But deep down, you wonder—why is nothing changing?
I get it. Because I was you.
When My Life Was Chaos
For years, I was frozen in fear, worry, and overthinking. My thoughts ran me into the ground. I kept pushing forward, but inside, I felt like I was barely keeping my head above water. Something I used to say was, “I feel like I am pushing a brick wall through knee-deep mud.”
I needed help. But let’s be real—I didn’t even know what kind of help I needed.
What finally changed my life? Mentorship. Coaching. Someone who saw what I couldn’t see and guided me into clarity and freedom. Over the past several years, I’ve had a life coach, a business coach, and a deep spiritual mentorship—and let me tell you, coaches make all the difference.
And now? I get to do the same for women like you.
What is Christian Life Coaching for Women?
Christian life coaching is about moving forward. It’s not about rehashing the past or staying stuck in old stories. Coaching is transformative, goal-oriented, and action-based.
Yes, therapy has its place—especially for deep healing from trauma. But coaching? Coaching is for the woman who’s ready to stop spinning her wheels and move forward. Therapy helps process the past; coaching helps you create the future.
But let’s be real—no coach, no therapist, no course, no book can change your life if you aren’t willing to do the work. Transformation happens when you decide that staying stuck is no longer an option.
Taking every thought captive – Your mind is the battlefield, and it’s time to start winning the war.
Gaining clarity in your calling – You were made for more, and I’ll help you see exactly what that looks like.
Breaking free from overthinking, fear, and doubt – No more analysis paralysis. We move forward.
Developing habits that create lasting change – This isn’t just about mindset; it’s about real, practical transformation.
And the best part? I don’t do this alone.
Coaching That’s Led by the Holy Spirit
Here’s what makes my coaching different: It’s not just mindset work—it’s Holy Spirit-fueled work.
Cookie-cutter coaching programs and courses have their place, but my one-on-one sessions are different. Each session is tailored to YOU—what God is speaking into your life, where you need clarity, and what’s actually going to create the biggest impact.
I don’t just help you set goals; I help you hear from God about what He wants for your life. That’s when the real transformation happens.
Christian Life Coaching Qualifications
I am certified in both life and health coaching and have also received a Christian mentorship certification. But beyond the certifications, my greatest qualification is life itself.
I have walked through trauma. I’ve navigated the challenges of parenting a child with PTSD and another with ADHD. I’ve experienced the heartbreak of divorce and the struggles of being a single mom and battled chronic health issues. I havewalked through the fire—and by God’s grace, I’ve come out stronger.
As a Prophet, my role is often to go before those I lead. My pastor calls it Burning Bush University. I’m like a pioneer—I go before my clients and pave the way so they can follow, but do it easier and faster than I did—because I’ve already cleared the path. This calling isn’t just about insight; it’s about making the journey smoother for those who come after me.
These experiences don’t just make me relatable; they make me equipped to walk alongside you on your journey. Because I don’t just coach from theory—I coach from experience, from faith, and from a deep belief that freedom is possible.
How to Find the Right Christian Life Coach for You
Not every coach is the right fit—and that’s okay! Here’s how to know if you’re choosing the right one:
Do they incorporate faith? If you’re looking for a coach who aligns with your values, make sure they actually use biblical principles—not just sprinkle in a verse here and there.
Do they focus on action? Coaching should move you forward, not keep you stuck in endless introspection. (Talking about what’s not working is important but if that’s all you talk about you are reinforcing negative neuropathways – aka you are training your brain to think negative thoughts . Talking about what IS working is even more important. Does the coach you’re looking to work with work on rewiring your brain to think more positive thoughts?
Do they have experience? A great coach has walked the road they’re guiding you on. Certification isn’t a requirement necessarily (it’s not a state requirement.)
Do they feel like the right fit? Trust your gut. If a coach’s style doesn’t resonate with you, keep looking.
