Hello! I am so glad you’re here!

I am Amy Wadlington, certified Holistic Life & Health Coach. I help tired mamas with autoimmunity get their energy back so that they can get off the couch and enjoy life with their families! I am a mother to two daughters and have been fighting for my health for over 18 years. I have two autoimmunity diseases and have struggled with my health and my weight most of my adult life. After years of struggling with the “health care” system, I took my health into my own hands, Through lifestyle changes, diet, and my faith in The Lord, I have found the root cause to my health issues and found that it was a passion of mine to help empower others to do the same. As your coach, I am not only your sideline cheerleader but also the person who believes in you even when you don’t believe in yourself. I will take you by the hand and help you get unstuck, empower you to find peace, and transform your mind and your body so that you can do the things that you were created to do.
