You know God has called you to impact the Kingdom with your calling but now you feel stuck and just need God to show you how to do what He's asking you to do. Turn the fear of messing it up and the doubt of how to move forward into clarity and confidence with Christian Life Coaching. Let's chat!
Have you ever thought…
“I’m not qualified.”
“Someone else is already doing it better.”
“Who am I to think God could use me?”
Yeah, me too.
This is what imposter syndrome sounds like—and it’s stealing confidence, clarity, and peace from Spirit-led women everywhere.
If you’ve been overthinking your calling, feeling stuck, or wondering if you’ve missed it with God, keep reading. Because what you think is a personal flaw might actually be a spiritual battle—and this mindset shift can change everything.
Imposter syndrome is that nagging voice in your head that says you’re not enough.
You might look the part, show up in obedience, even take bold steps of faith—but inside, you feel like a fraud. You wonder when everyone else will figure it out. You’re constantly second-guessing your next step.
Here’s why that’s a problem:
You can’t fully step into your God-given calling while constantly questioning if you even belong there.
And Christian women often get hit even harder because we’ve been taught to value humility, servanthood, and “waiting on God”—but sometimes, we confuse humility with hesitation. We start to believe that our doubts are wisdom, that our fear is discernment, and that our hesitation is holiness. And when we begin to walk in what God has for us, we step into enemy territory. Satan doesn’t want you to do what God has called you to. Active faith puts a target on your back.
But God.
We have authority over the enemy through Christ so don’t be intimidated!
For three years, I built a business as a health coach.
I gave it everything—my time, my savings, and every ounce of energy I had. But behind the scenes, I was secretly battling thoughts like:
And every time I saw another coach online, I spiraled: “She’s younger.”
“She’s my age but thin.”
“She’s overweight too—but why are people listening to her and not me?”
These thoughts became a wall I couldn’t get past.
And then one day, God whispered: Lay it all down.
My business. My hustle. My identity. My health.
He asked me to place it all on the altar.
It was terrifying.
I had poured everything into that business.
And still… it wasn’t working.
But in the laying down, God brought clarity.
He led me to Christian life coaching for women.
He showed me how powerful our thoughts are—and how mine were holding me hostage.
He invited me to speak truth to women just like me: women who are stuck in imposter syndrome but don’t realize it’s not a personality flaw—it’s a spiritual attack.
When I felt like the least qualified person to start a podcast, God nudged me to begin.
I didn’t know what I was doing. I didn’t feel ready. But I obeyed.
And one messy episode at a time, I started to see something shift—not in my circumstances, but in my mindset.
Here’s the truth God showed me:
You don’t have to feel qualified to be called. You just have to say yes.
Moses felt it. So did David, Abraham, Esther, and probably every other person God has ever called.
If you feel resistance, that doesn’t mean you’re in the wrong place—it might mean you’re right where God wants you.
It means you’re being invited into transformation.
It means you’re being stretched.
It means God is training you—body, mind, and spirit—for something bigger than you can currently handle.
This is the shift that changed my life:
“Obedience opens the door to purpose.”
Not confidence.
Not perfection.
Not comparison-proof Instagram posts or polished strategies.
Just obedience.
When we stop trying to predict the outcome and start trusting the One who called us, something shifts inside us.
We begin to believe:
“Even if I feel like an imposter, I can still move forward. Because God doesn’t make mistakes—and He called me.”
Here’s a 3-step process I use with my coaching clients to break through imposter syndrome when it shows up:
Ask yourself: Is this conviction—or condemnation?
God convicts to draw you closer.
The enemy condemns to keep you stuck.
Journal it out:
Then speak truth over yourself. Write it. Declare it. Repeat it.
You may not feel ready.
But you can still obey.
Say yes.
Even if your hands are shaking.
Even if your thoughts are spiraling.
Because obedience is never wasted.
“Having imposter syndrome doesn’t mean you’re behind, a disappointment, or unqualified.
It means you’re just standing at the edge of something huge.”
You are not late.
You are not less than.
You are not the exception to God’s grace.
You’re just in the middle of being prepared for something holy.
And that preparation?
It’s not punishment—it’s purpose.

You are chosen. You are called. And God doesn’t make mistakes.
Let’s break those lies and walk boldly into your calling—together.
Imposter syndrome is the belief that you’re a fraud or not good enough—despite evidence to the contrary. As a Christian woman, this often shows up when God calls you to something new or bigger than you’ve done before. The enemy loves to twist that fear and whisper, “Who do you think you are?” But feeling unqualified doesn’t mean you are—it means you’re being stretched and strengthened for something holy.
Yes! Obedience doesn’t require perfect confidence—it just requires a willing heart. The Bible is full of people who stepped out in faith while still battling fear (hello, Moses). You don’t have to wait until you “feel ready.” God equips those He calls, as they go. You grow stronger with each step of obedience.
I combine biblical truth, life coaching tools, and mindset work to help you identify the lies holding you back and replace them with what God actually says about you. This isn’t about forcing positive thinking—it’s about renewing your mind through Scripture, journaling, and Spirit-led strategy that brings real breakthrough. I help you to stop overthinking, worry, and negative thoughts so you can live in peace and do what God is calling you to do.
That’s okay. Clarity often comes after obedience, not before. Start with what God has already placed in front of you—your gifts, your story, the things that break your heart or light you up. And if you’re unsure where to begin, you can start with these journal prompts for anxiety and download my free 3-Day Breakthrough Journaling Guide can help you uncover the next step. God is not hiding from you—He’s inviting you to seek Him.
Start small. Start honest. Begin by noticing what you’re thinking and asking, “Is this thought aligned with God’s truth?” Write it down. Pray over it. Speak life back into your situation. And surround yourself with tools, community, and Christian life coaching that keeps you focused on growth. You don’t have to do this alone—and you don’t have to stay stuck.
You’re not meant to do this alone—and I’ve created a space just for women like you. My podcast, Her Unraveled Life, is a podcast for Chrsitian women packed with real talk, biblical truth, and mindset shifts to help you break free from fear, overthinking, and imposter syndrome.
