Transformational coaching for Kingdom women

You know God has called you to impact the Kingdom with your calling but now you feel stuck and just need God to show you how to do what He's asking you to do. Turn the fear of messing it up and the doubt of how to move forward into clarity and confidence with Christian Life Coaching. Let's chat!

If you’re trying to trust God’s plan for your life but you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like your prayers are going unanswered, you are not alone, and you are not doing anything wrong.
So many Christian women reach a point where they’ve prayed, waited, and done the inner work, yet peace still feels out of reach.
Trusting God’s plan isn’t about praying harder or trying to think more positively. It’s about understanding what’s actually keeping you stuck, and that might be a piece nobody’s told you yet.
Friend, have you had that moment where you looked up and said, “God, I’ve done everything right”?
You prayed. Waited. Worked on your mindset. Took every thought captive, the way every sermon and every book told you to. You did the healing work. And you sat in the refining, even when it was hard, even when nobody was watching.
And you’re still stuck.
Trusting God’s plan feels a lot easier in theory than it does at 11pm when your mind won’t stop spinning and you can’t tell if that quiet feeling is peace or just exhaustion.
If that’s you today, stay with me. Because what shifted this for me might be the piece nobody’s told you yet.
Prefer to listen?
Here’s what I hear from women all the time, in my DMs, on coaching calls, in my Facebook community. “I just feel stuck.” “No matter what I do, I can’t hear God clearly.” “I don’t know what to do next.”
And almost every time, the next sentence is some version of, “I don’t know what I’m doing wrong?”
Here’s the truth I want you to sit with. You might not be doing anything wrong.
You can be praying, reading your Bible, and renewing your mind daily, and still feel like you’re white-knuckling your way through life. Because if your body is living in a constant state of stress, you are not operating from peace. You’re operating from survival. And nobody hears clearly from a place of survival, no matter how many verses they’ve memorized.
This isn’t a faith problem you can pray harder at. It’s a capacity problem. And capacity has to be rebuilt before clarity can come back online.

I want to tell you where this really clicked for me, because it wasn’t in a Bible study. It was in a therapist’s office 20 years ago.
My daughter went through early childhood trauma, and we had her in therapy for years. I remember sitting there listening to her therapist explain something I didn’t fully grasp at the time. She said my daughter couldn’t learn, grow, or respond well unless she felt safe, and she wasn’t just talking about emotional safety. She meant her body, her brain, her nervous system.
The therapist used the picture of a cup. She said to imagine the cup as “stress tolerance” and water inside as “stress.” When the cup is full, there’s no capacity left for more stress. And I watched it happen every single day. My daughter would hold it together at school all day, then come home and completely fall apart. Homework was a battle. Transitions wrecked her. Even small changes felt enormous, because routine was what made her feel safe. When that safety broke, her whole system went into overload. Her cup was full.
Years later, God brought that memory back to me at the exact moment I needed it. And it hit me like a freight train.
That’s me. That’s every woman I coach.
Our cups are full, too.
I know the instinct. When you feel stuck, you push. You add another devotional. You wake up earlier. You push harder through one more overwhelming week, convinced that if you just try a little harder, breakthrough will finally show up.
But sometimes the breakthrough you’re praying for isn’t on the other side of doing more. It’s on the other side of you finally slowing down… and pouring some water out of your cup.
With my daughter, there came a day I had to say no more homework. It felt backwards. Weren’t we supposed to push through? But I could see it plainly: this was overwhelming her past her capacity, every single day, and it was making things worse, not better. The moment I set that boundary, things started to shift.
I see this exact pattern in so many of the women I coach. They keep pushing, keep doing more, keep trying harder, and wonder why the fog never lifts. If that’s you, here’s your permission slip. Ask yourself one honest question.
“What is one thing overwhelming me right now that I don’t actually need to be doing this season?”
It doesn’t have to be forever. Just for now.
Trusting God’s plan isn’t a feeling you manufacture by trying harder. It’s a byproduct of a nervous system, a mind, and a spirit that finally have room to hear Him again. That’s the whole premise behind the framework I use with every woman I coach.
It’s Holy Spirit fueled transformation, not another self-improvement checklist. It goes beyond willpower and invites the Holy Spirit to guide, heal, and empower you. It’s the difference between white-knuckling your way to a better mindset praying you don’t have a mental breakdown along the way, and actually walking in the clarity, strength, and wisdom to overcome what’s kept you stuck.
Here’s what that looks like in practice.
Create safety before you chase clarity. Consistent sleep. Regular meals. Margin between commitments. Not a rigid routine, a rhythm your body can trust. Your nervous system needs to know what to expect before it will let your mind settle enough to hear God.
Stop before you push. Identify the one thing that’s overwhelming you past capacity, and give yourself permission to set it down for a season.
Invite the Holy Spirit into the process, not just the outcome. This isn’t about gritting your teeth until life improves. It’s about healing what’s actually driving the overwhelm, so the clarity that follows is real and it lasts.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28, NIV). Rest was never optional in God’s plan for you. It’s often the doorway to it.

I know what you might be thinking. “I’ve done the mindset work. I’ve read the books. I’ve prayed about this for years. I’ve don’t all the things, but nothing works! I’m stuck.” And I believe you, because I lived it too.
Here’s the honest difference. Most mindset work stops at your thoughts. It never touches the nervous system that’s keeping those thoughts on repeat, and it never invites the Holy Spirit into the actual healing, not just the affirmations on top of it. That’s why you can do everything “right” and still feel stuck. You’ve been managing the symptom. We go after the root.
I love the imagery in Scripture about enlarging your tent and lengthening your tent pegs. God tells us to expand our capacity to receive more. But if you widen the pegs without strengthening the tent itself, the fabric tears at the seams, or the tent never holds the shape it was meant to. Then the next time the storm comes, your covering fails.
That’s what happens when we try to heal our minds without also healing our nervous system. We stretch the pegs (our thinking, our faith declarations, our vision for what God has for us) without reinforcing the tent (the body and nervous system that has to actually hold all that capacity). No wonder it tears.
If you’re reading this thinking, “Okay, this is me, but I don’t know how to actually shift it,” that’s exactly what I help women do inside my Your Next Step Breakthrough Coaching sessions.
We don’t just talk in circles about being stuck. We get to the root of what’s actually going on in your mind, your body, and your walk with God, and we get you clear on your next step, together.

So if you’re sitting there thinking, “I’ve done everything right, so why am I still stuck,” hear this clearly.
You’re not broken. You’re not missing God. And you’re not behind schedule on some plan He forgot to tell you about.
Your system might just be overloaded. And when you slow down, create safety, and give yourself space, you will start to hear clearly again.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11, NIV). That promise didn’t expire the day you felt stuck. It’s still true right now.
You are stronger than you think, and your breakthrough is closer than it feels.

How do I start trusting God’s plan when I feel completely stuck? Start by creating safety in your body and mind before you chase clarity. Consistent sleep, regular meals, and margin in your schedule help your nervous system settle, which makes room to actually hear God again. Trust tends to follow peace, not the other way around.
Why do I still feel stuck even though I’ve prayed and done the mindset work? Mindset work often stops at your thoughts and never touches the stress your body is carrying. If you’re living in survival mode, you’ll stay stuck no matter how many verses you memorize. Healing the root, not just managing the symptom, is what creates lasting clarity.
What is the Breakthrough Blueprint? It’s the Holy Spirit fueled coaching framework I use with clients to move them from overwhelm into clarity and purposeful action. It goes beyond self-improvement, inviting the Holy Spirit to guide, heal, and empower you toward the abundant life God has for you.
What’s the difference between the free resources and 1:1 coaching? The 3-Day Thought Detox is a free starting point to help you take spiraling thoughts captive. Coaching goes deeper, giving you personalized support to get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck and a clear next step forward.
